You’ve outgrown your job…
You haven’t outgrown your desire for impact.
I support corporate professionals in building something of their own—with more freedom, more purpose, and at a pace their nervous system can actually work with.
You don’t have to leap overnight. But you can stop circling the question and start exploring what’s next—on your terms, at your pace.
You’re ready to shift from high-performing employee…
to business creator with a vision—and the capacity—to build something new.
Hi, I’m Pierre. I help people reconnect to possibility.
I spent 35+ years in the corporate world—17 of those advising Fortune 100 and 500 companies as a management consultant, a certified Business Architect, and an ICF Certified Professional Coach.
I know what it’s like to succeed in a corporate career—and to outgrow that success.
I felt the pull toward something more with thoughts saying go and my body saying wait.
That mismatch is resistance—but it’s protective. Your nervous system is doing its job: keeping you safe.
What I learned is that you don’t push past that. You build support around it—so you can expand into something new.
That’s when the question that had always surfaced in moments of frustration with the status quo finally broke through:
Was being a seat-filler in meetings, a cat-herder—so focused on someone else’s goals—really all there was?
It’s the same question many of my clients arrive with. Not as a crisis, but as a steady signal: ready for more.
What clients are saying
“Going from 0 to 1 is the largest leap. Working with you got me over that hump….You helped me look at risks and the unknowns in a different light and helped me become comfortable with them.”
– Stefan (named changed for privacy), management consultant to AI entrepreneur, released his AI prototype a few months later
“Working with Pierre…has opened up a possibility for my future career based on what I love and what drives me in a way that I can set my own schedule, priority, and center on what’s most important to me.”
– Graham, who went from Academic to Entrepreneur, signed a six figure contract within a month of starting his company
“After meeting with you, I realized that I had never truly given myself permission—even though I knew how I should get started.”
– Michael, evolving from consultant to Day Trader, spent more of his daily focus on day trading business and realized significant earnings in a short time period

I help you find your next right step—the one that feels doable, not forced. The one your nervous system can actually get behind.
We’ll work on two levels—both essential:
The internal work
Expanding your capacity to take risks, navigate uncertainty, and stay grounded through the emotional ups and downs of building something new.
We move through the second-guessing, the imposter feelings, the “who am I to do this?” moments—without bypassing them.
The practical, tangible work
We clarify your business idea. Identify who you serve and what you offer. Figuring out what’s essential—and what can wait. We turn uncertainty into small, testable next steps.
This isn’t about pushing through. It’s about moving forward with support, structure, and a growing sense of capacity.
Not just resilient. Anti-fragile.
The kind of strength that doesn’t just bounce back—but grows stronger from the stretch.
Because business creation asks more than strategy. It asks for courage—the kind that shows up in your body before it shows up in your results.
What I Mean by Business Creation
When I say business creator, I’m not talking about pitching VCs or chasing scale at all costs.
I mean building a business that reflects you—your values, your strengths, your rhythm. Something designed from the inside out, not the outside in.
It’s entrepreneurship that fits your life, not the other way around.
Paced by clarity. Supported by capacity. Built with intention.
That’s what I call business creation.
Get started today with a Thinking Out Loud session.
A relaxed, structured session to explore what’s next—at a pace your nervous system can actually work with. If what you read above resonates—the blend of emotional capacity and practical clarity—this is where we start.
This 30-minute conversation is where we sketch out your business idea—or half-idea—like we’re sitting at a bar with a napkin or in a quiet conference room with a whiteboard.
We’ll explore:
✔️ What you’re drawn to, what’s holding you back, and what actually feels possible
✔️ Where you are in the business creation journey
✔️ Who you might serve, what problems they face, and what you could offer to help
✔️ The resources you’ll likely need—so you can begin estimating your startup investment (time, money, skills, tools)
✔️ Any big-picture risks or assumptions to keep in mind
You’ll leave with:
✔️ A personal Back-of-the-Napkin Plan to guide your next steps—whether that’s checking your capacity or fleshing out your offer
✔️ A digital snapshot of what we mapped out—to keep you focused and moving
No pressure. No pitch. Just clarity and momentum.
If you’ve been sitting with an idea—or even just a feeling that something needs to shift—consider this your invitation to talk it through.
I open 4 new client spots at the start of each month.
Let’s see what wants to take shape.
